This will be discussed with you prior to commencing cleaning and we will do as much as we can within the given time frame. Without a set time limit, we provide flat charges that include all the routine cleaning of your house. We follow to a set checklist that we have created through time, making sure to include all the items that consumers want the most.
On top of our standard checklist, we provide a few extras. We highly recommend our “Spring Clean” extra, also known as a “Deep Clean,” if you want a particularly deep clean or if it has been four to six weeks since your home has been cleaned. When to Schedule a Spring Cleaning
The easy response? after it has been 4-6 weeks or more since your home was thoroughly cleaned. Why? Our checklists take longer to complete and require more cleaning as a result of the accumulation of dust, dirt, and grime over time. The “Spring Clean” extra covers the extra effort and time needed to make your house sparkle once more. Although the areas we cover in our basic Flat Rate service and our Spring Cleans are fairly similar, as everyone will agree, a bathroom that is only moderately dirty will require a lot less effort than a bathroom that is really nasty! So, if your home hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned in more than 4-6 weeks, please do book the Spring Clean. Please be aware that we may need to call you on the day of the service and upgrade the service to a Spring Clean if a normal Flat Rate clean is booked when a house hasn’t been cleaned for 4-6+ weeks.
